After graduating from the University of Wales, Cardiff, Roshan
completed his training with Loosemores. He took up a post as an
assistant solicitor with Eversheds in their banking and finance
department. He rejoined Loosemores in 1990 and was appointed a partner in 1995
and remained a partner until setting up Principle Law in 2005.
Roshan is qualified to represent clients in the Higher Courts in civil matters having attained his Higher Rights qualification in 1997. He is also registered as a High Court Advocate in the jurisdiction of Pakistan and fluently speaks Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. Roshan is also an associate lecturer at University of Wales Institute Cardiff School of Management teaching European Business Law on the International Business Administration course and has also lectured at Cardiff University on the Bar Vocational Course, delivering the course and assessing students on the Company & Insolvency Law module. Roshan willingly gives time to charity work and has been on the Cardiff Law Centre's management committee for over 7 years and is currently its Chairman. |
